In this playground, participants will practice body balancing, how to find our gravity centre, how to identify where the body weight stands, and how to perform some balancing movements. There are three different levels of difficulty, so participants are recommended to test harder games once they have accomplished the easiest ones. Clasification according levels of difficulty: Low: small stilts, rocking games, balancing bar, the wheel.
Balancing games:
Medium: stilts, balancing itineraries, spinning games.
High: rola bola, balancing on a half sphere.
